Trilingual – Kindergarten – 1 French Teachers ASAP Kindergarten experience

You will work with young learners, shaping their early education experiences in a fun and stimulating classroom environment. We are seeking someone passionate about child development and eager to create a positive learning environment for young children who speaks, French, Chinese and English.

· Start Date: August & October 2025 will be the peak intake, other time also available

· Location: Shenzhen (80% of the positions are here )/Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing and other tier 1 & tier 2 cities

· Working Days and Hours: 3 days on weekdays from afternoon till evening and work 2 days on weekend, 2 days off during the weekdays, 40 working hours per week.

· Student age: 3-12 years old

Responsibilities:

· Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students.

· Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.

· Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning.

· Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space.

· Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.

· Competitive salary 14,000CNY – 22,000CNY/month(2000USD – 3200USD/month )based on the qualification

– Bachelor’s degree (no major limit)

– Native English Speaker (USA, CA, UK, IRE, NZ, AUS, SA)

– TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/PGCE certified or 2 years of teaching experience

– Non-criminal background

– Strong communication and classroom management skills
